- Booking details when you schedule a consultation through our calendar.

How we use it and our lawful basis
We use your data to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver consultancy services, and improve our website. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in operating and growing the business, taking steps to enter into a contract with you, and your consent where required (for example, analytics cookies).
Sharing
We use trusted service providers to run our website and operations, including our hosting provider, our scheduling/CRM platform (GoHighLevel) and, where enabled with your consent, Google Analytics. We do not sell your data. Providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Retention
We keep enquiry and client data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal and tax obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
