I'm a hands-on ITSM consultant and vCIO. I don't just advise, I build the systems (policy, process, standards and governance) and lead the change so it lasts. My background spans pharmaceutical, government, legal, insurance, utilities and communications, in roles from Service Delivery Manager to Service Director, including major incident management for national systems.
